Recommended by a friend & it’s now easy to see why!!I have had the opportunity to work with a few recruitment agencies & I have to say Torque has been one of the most proactive, personalized & friendly agency I work with!! When I interviewed with Jess she was great, she listened and discussed with me roles that I was actually interested in that day. Unfortunately I have had many experiences in other agencies where I felt I wasn’t fully listened to & too often offered roles that were not of interest to me or aligned with what I wanted to do.Their communication is continually strong, even replying to emails at 8pm on a Sunday to ensure they fill roles!! Their correspondence is continually personalized and I don’t feel as if I’m just another number to them! Now I’m in a role (through their placement & support) where I am supervising & organizing staff with them. They are just as helpful & supportive, even following up to ensure everything is organized, not letting anything slip through the cracks. Drove an hour to pick up required PPE a day before fly out. Was given 2 shirts, no pants and wasn't told I'd need to buy pants. Recruiter shrugged and indicated no her problem. Torque did a good job apart from that. Better than other recruiting companies.

I applied two jobs in perth which their ad,on seek.When I had an interview with a lady in the office, she sounded very nice.After applied for a job, I told her no matter what result came, please let me knowHowever, she never contacted me ; i had sent a few email to her and called the perth office.She never called meThe other job, I applied in April.Sooner, i got a call then was asked to send my ID to her email address.She said to send an email to me but She never send any email to meHow unprofessional they are!Honestly, they are less than 1 star

I have had the pleasure of working with Kass and the shuts team for the past 7 months. In this time I have found them all to be very accommodating and professional even in some trying situations due to clients changing requirements. I have recently accepted a roster with another company, but I would be willing and happy to work with them again in the future if they would accept me. Based on my experience I would highly recommend working with this company if anyone is looking for a recruitment company whether they are potential candidates or clients looking for skilled workers.
