The staff there are awesome. Everytime I meet them for an interview, I feel supported and encouraged. I also did a course on ready to work with Nick Tonkin and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Learnt a lot of stuff in this very relaxing classes. Nick is a wonderful trainer. Recommend him to anyone who is going to do the course.

Made finding and keeping a job extremely difficult, when I had finally found a job they did everything in the power to cut off my payments 4 times and a week and jot put them back on making it even more difficult to go to work and get there. I thought they were supposed to help us get a job but I havent seen then get anyone a job

Can’t recommend this firm. If possible, choose another! Edge staff are more interested in furthering their own image / agenda than placing applicants in to employment positions advertised.Feedback / communication is non-existent, decision making process is shrouded in secrecy - won’t be continuing with Edge any longer - have asked Centrelink for re-placement elsewhere.

This workskil Geraldton staff are rude and appalling, they changed my appointment 3 times, then they withdrew my online course I was doing without any discussions with them saying I hadn't completed my obligations correctly and I was never told wat I was doing was wrong even though it was electronically noted and said I had, I've been to all my required appointments, we are just a number, they don't care they just press a button to say naughty boy when there's people who do nothing at all but get away with it.lift your game treat people with respect, listen to your clients and explain things correctly.

Worked as a heavy duty diesel for this company for nearly 2yrs. Great company with fantastic staff. They really look after their people.

Well done Joanne.I have never dealt with this company before, yet I receive calls or messages daily regarding a Joanne.I have said every single time you have the wrong number and am always told it will be deleted so I am not bothered again.. yet I am still receiving messages and calls.Please check your clients details are correct!!!
