MatchWorks Gosnells

Matchworks Gosnells has a very friendly environment and really care about helping their clients find good work. My consultant was Ashanti and she was very kind, encouraging and also very empathetic which I think is very important in this situation.

Matchworks very faithful and very good at their work. They listen to their customers and are very helpful. I`m not good at my verbally words. I am getting old. I have workplace injury lower back pain, heart problems, headache, high blood pressure...... Ashanti understands me. I once worked 3 persons jobs and had no whatsoever complaints. Once, I was in a position to be injured, the table had turned around. I met problems everywhere. It is seemed that I'm the one who offered so much inconvenient for others. I am sorry I didn't mean to.

They don’t match you with a job you’re qualified and skilled to do. There’s no point handing them your resume. Don’t bother.

I don't know how MatchWorks in Gosnells garnered such great reviews. I have never heard anything positive about any service provider that is associated with Centrelink. Maybe this place is special.Well, here's an honest review. A person I know missed an appointment, they forgot. This is a rare occasion and they rang their service officer the next morning. Then today, we're in lockdown (30/06), this person receives an email stating that payments suspended" until they can attend the appointment physically. Did I mention that we're in lockdown? This week is also pay week which is a rotten thing to do. I can't imagine what it's like to be in this position.I'll be writing a formal complaint as this appears to be bullying or incompetence (does the service officer not understand extenuating circumstances

Recommend if you are looking for an Employment Provider if you are looking for work. They have always been helpful, considerate, encouraging and polite. Very happy with the service up to date.

People here have been nothing but helpful, respectful, warm and considerate, quite easy to deal with.

So far these guys are pretty good. IDK what the other person is talking about no front desk as there assuredly is 1...well, more center info desk lol.Was with atwork before I switched to these guys because atwork were very unhelpful and have been quite satisfied with the assistance provided by esg as well as the friendly atmosphere
