Worst provider out there . Doesn't help you with jobs sends you to courses that are to do with communication that they get paid to provide.. No help with resumes no help with anything . Staff are quite rude an go into your personal files . One woman who claims she worked for centrelink is the rudest ignorant woman I've ever met .

Staff are friendly but clearly over worked and under staffed. It's easy to blame them but they are just ticking the boxes they have to for centrelink to be happy. I've found if you are respectful and kind to them they will return the favour.

Should be called canhardlycare. They don't care about your wellbeing and they punish people who do the right thing and reward people who do the wrong thing. Pull your finger out your arses actually find people work and actully listen to people. My favourite thing is when my partner got a job and couldn't make an appointment so we called and told them he had a job and they still cut him off because he missed the appointment.

Does not really even deserve 1 star. Staff are walking out all the time, management are pathetic and useless. Waste of Government resources, there are certainly better employment agencies than Communicare.

Expect people with mental health issues who are not functional to attend appointments, ignore medical evidence, expect people with PTSD and agorophobia, to be better in a couple of weeks to attend meaningless appintments that exist soley for the purpose of collecting money for every body that walks in the door. Cancel ill people's payments driving them to self harm as my friend did. Disgusted.

it is unfortunate that agencies like this are mainly located in low economic suburbs and are inundated with unemployable people clogging up the system, it leaves serious job hunters like myself at a disadvantage when one requires help.My experience has found me in the waiting room for 30-45mins on average, and on one time i was kept waiting 1&1/2 hrs... team this with staff shortages or computer systems down makes for a sometimes frustrating experience that leaves one wondering if this time could be better spent looking for work.

As someone with serious medical problems they gave no care in the world for my health and demand that I make an hour trip by bus and an hour wait to sign something that could be done online, no work for the dole to accommodate my needs all around poor and uncaring workers with no sincerity but there own personal gain should be shut down.
