I would not recommend them. The person who recruited clients was very convincing, telling us they had all these contacts and how we’ll be able to try out different jobs etc etc. Once signed up to them, we were passed on to a job coach whom we had a couple of face to face meetings with and then fortnightly 5 minute phone calls with the last call telling us that we were going to be passed on to another job coach cause she was moving on - this all happened within a few months! Promises of job trials never eventuated and when we decided to switch to another company, they called with more promises of job trials to which we politely declined. They said they would release us from their services which they never did and I ended having to ask our new agency how we do that (online) so we can sign up to them. Gave 2 stars cause the staff were pleasant enough but were just salespeople whom weren’t able to deliver on their promises.

Honestly, they are very nice people but quite lazy with their clients. They always say the same things to me like ''We will look into it.'' Or ''Ill tell the person who you usually see about what you want to do as a job.''

Love edge!!! From the reception to the employment consultants such warm, lovely, professional inviting people. This is my second time using edge nearly ten years apart and they haven’t slipped. I have just landed a wonderful job and the amazing Jade has supported me all the way. Highly recommend Edge to anyone wanting a sincere and caring service.

Endlessly rude and unprofessional. They treat all clients as if they are there to create problems for them. I was also kept waiting for an hour at one stage with the receptionist ignoring me and no apology from the person who cancelled my appointment without advising me.

Edge are a great organisation for people who are looking for jobs with a disability. The staff are lovely people. They will get you a job and support you all the way.
